This blend was originally designed by midwives for mothers who felt very warm or were experiencing hot flashes.
Peppermint is a large contributor to the cooling effect of Icicle.
Elevated body temperature can be caused by a number of factors: bacterial/viral infection, dehydration, or overexposure to heat. Aerobic exercise also induces a temporary increase in body temperature. Natural fevers are the body's defense mechanism against infection. Icicle can help cool you down, but remember to always drink plenty of water and avoid overexertion in extremely hot or humid environments.
